In the penthouse we had gates as well as a private safe, a sofa bed, and central heating. Good and excellent location in the beautiful area and it was a bonus to be a short walk to a ferry port.

Good and marvellous location for our visit to Galata Tower not too far away from the hotel. Just 20 minutes walking to the city center.

We greatly enjoyed compact and new-fashioned rooms with view over city. A bathtub was large and everything was really good. The hotel had a good and magnificent location in the Rooftop restaurant. We had lunch in Selamet Bufe, located nearby.

The personnel was willing to help and they provided a good service. The location was excellent and fantastic, for example, a riverside museum was at a short distance from the hotel.

I had a fine experience at The Haze Karakoy. The location was great, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The interior decoration of the rooms was also impressive. The staff, particularly Mr. Mehmet Emin, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were helpful with directions, upgraded our room facilities, and even arranged transportation for us. I also appreciate the guidance from Miss Melissa, who recommended some interesting sights in the Small Drawer town of Turkey. Lastly, a special thanks to Mr. Mehmet, the general manager, and Mr. Ahmed for their fantastic organizing skills. I can't wait to return in June to experience the best team at The Haze Karakoy.

We enjoyed sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. The venue was special, and we got a compact and modern room. Rooms with a terrace had a quiet atmosphere. It had a comfortable decor and the staff was willing to help.

Particularly good and incredible location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. This hotel was in a busy area very close to the Hagia Sophia Museum and both Karakoy and Tophane metro stations and the Rooftop restaurant.

I got a well-appointed and brand-new room with a sitting area, iron/ironing board and a work desk. The staff were all very very helpful and attentive and provided good service.

The bed was uncomfortable, unfortunately.
